Holding it together (barely)

I'm squashing my munchies with tea and raspberries and the promise of Casa Vega in 3 hours. It's working.

I am a big fan of the 100 calorie light butter popcorn bags. Filling, take a while to eat, pretty tasty, not bad for you. They are a good holdover for when you really, really want your dinner. Which for me is essentially the second I wake up. Last night I had a chicken lean cuisine that I made delicious by pouring Franks buffalo sauce and sour cream all over. Nothing that combo won't spruce up, I tell you. Add a little green tabasco and I would consider eating an olive if it were convered in that.

It's absolutely true and you can sometimes substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream. I'm having a problem where when I use sour cream it's too cold and makes all of the food cold. Am I the only one? Use less you say? Hmmmmmm....

The key is to mix the sour cream and the franks together before you put it on whatever you will be eating. Or pull the sour cream out when you are starting to cook, or leave it on the side of your plate and put it on bite by bite. I know what you mean though. That's why I heat (not cook, it's always in the microwave) my food until its scalding hot.
