A baby sourdough starter that I hope will one day grow up to be a very respectable loaf of bread or a hundred. Maybe some pancakes too. I started last night. I'm very excited, I'll let you know how it goes. This could be the start of something amazing.
I also ordered a sourdough starter from King Arthur for comparisons sake and in case mine sucks.

Awwwww! Does this mean I will have a second cousin sourdough baby? Thank god, finally a young relative that will bring something to the table. Too mean?
